I was in your store in February with my granddaughter, Kara Dixon and her mom.
We purchased her prom dress that day.
She had a really fun time at prom and received many compliments on her dress.
It was the only salmon color dress at the dance.
Luckily, it was the only rain-free Saturday night in May I think.
Thank you for all your help and hopefully we will be visiting you again for her senior prom.
We have no store that can compare to yours in our area.

I loved my dress. I got so many compliments! :) I want to thank everyone who helped at Formals.
I just had surgery so it was really difficult for me to even walk in there and pick a dress out

Formals of Litchfield has come through again! Let me tell you how great your Prom Team is....AWESOME is all that I can say about them. My daughter and I have made two trips to your store this season once on 1/17/11 and then again on 1/22/11. My daughter found a dress that she said she liked but I was not convinced so we came back on Saturday(I put it on a 7 day hold) to see what you might have come in later in the week. We were treated with the same enthusiasm we received earlier and you listened to our dilima with the first dress she had chose. Courtney was ever so helpful, just like she was last year when she suggested that georgous Mori Lee pink dress that my daughter wore to her 2010 prom. With her help my daughter was able to work through her color issue one more time and choose the dress that looked the best on her. In 2011 she will be wearing a Privada Coral Gown that is absolutly stunning and perfect for her Senior year. Thanks Formals!

Last year I came to your store and found the most beautiful dress. Both my mom and I were so impressed with the dresses and the service that we knew that we had to come back for my prom dress this year. I never could have imagined being able to find a prom dress prettier then last years, but with all the help that I had at Formals I was able to find the perfect dress. "Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the wonderful customer service we received for our first prom dress shopping experience. We visited your store while visting a friend in Litchfield on Feb. 3rd. Since this was our first experience and first shop, we decided to look more. We visited stores in Springfield and Champaign and were sadly disappointed in them. We returned to your store and her favorite dress was still available! Again, we were treated well. Kaitlyn is so pleased with her selection. And she was able to choose earrings also.
